If a roommate moves out during the summer another roommate can take their place for a $50 transfer fee
Certificates are available, but must owned by a single person or a married couple.
A certificate owned by any of the roommates will allow the group to use the $50 certificate owner discount
Any additional adults living at this residence must join as a houseguest
