"A" Meets:
There are five dual meets per swim season. A dual meet is comprised of forty individual events, four relay events, and six individual medley events. The three swimmers with the fastest times in each individual event represent the Ducks in the "A" meets. The "A" meets are held on Saturday mornings.

"B" Meets:
"B" meets are designed to provide competition opportunities for swimmers who do not have times that enable them to compete in the "A" meets. These meets are held on Wednesday evenings. It is the belief of the coaches and the team reps that "B"-team swimmers are very important to our team, and we work very hard to make these meets fun and exciting.

MCSL Swim League:
The Montgomery County Swim League (MCSL) is divided into fifteen divisions (A-O) with the fastest teams in Division A. Assignments to a division are based on a team's performance from the previous year. This year Twinbrook is assigned to compete in Division N.

Parent Volunteers:Twinbrook Ducks
If everyone pitches in a little, each meet will run smoothly. Sign up to help our team! Approximately 30 adult volunteers are needed each week to run the Wednesday and Saturday meets. Therefore, it is required that at least one member of each swimmer's family volunteer for at least one event.
